VILLA OVERVIEW

Located within the prestigious Galley Bay Heights, the villa exudes luxury and tranquility. This hillside villa elegantly designed open plan merges beautifully onto the wrap-around balcony showcasing the panoramic views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. With 6 bedrooms each with its contemporary-style bathroom, the villa can accommodate up to 12 - 14 guests. The villa is your ideal luxury vacation property.

The villa includes: six bedrooms, six bathrooms, internal and external dining rooms, kitchen with spacious pantry, living room, gym room, entertainment room, office space room, outdoor lounge areas, outdoor bar and bbq, deck area, infinity pool, and lounge chairs.

The villa has six en-suite bedrooms and accommodate up to 12-14 guests. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with private bathroom, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, air conditioning, mosquito nets and are equipped with large French doors ensuring comfortable coolness day and night as well as offering views over the sea and / or the garden.

LIVING ROOM & INTERNAL DINING ROOM

The main entrance of the villa opens up to the living area furnished with comfortable sofas set, coffee table, chest of draws, 75-inch HDTV, and paintings. The formal dining area includes an elegant 8-seater table. This room have direct access to the kithcen and to the veranda. From here you will enjoy wonderful views of the sea.

EXTERNAL DINING ROOM, POOL & LOUNGE AREAS

The villa has been ingeniously designed to maximise its indoor living spaces while paying special attention to its exteriors, reminding us that the true beauty of the Caribbean is to enjoy the outdoor life. Beside its spacious and attractive patios, the villa displays a full outdoor living space complete with sofa set, gas BBQ with utensils, bar area with high stools, large dining area with table and ample space to mingle and lounge on the comfortable lounge chairs strategically placed all around the infinity pool.

ISLAND KITCHEN

The modern kitchen is located just a few steps away from the formal dining area, readily accessible yet not in plain sight. It is equipped with the latest state of the art appliances and its smooth white marble tops make it a practical and inviting cooking area while preserving a warm and charming appearance. From the kitchen you will enjoy beautiful views of the swimming pool and the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Children’s books, board games, baby safety gates and ping pong table are available.

The house has both 110V and 220V. The 110V system is the American style of plug. The 220 V has European fittings with 3 circular holes. 60 Hz are available.

NEAREST BEACHES

The beach of Galley Bay is located down the hill from the villa, the beaches of Hawksbill and Deep Bay are about ten-minute drive. These beaches are some of the most beautiful of Antigua, made of white sand and crystal-clear waters, however they do not offer beach chairs and umbrellas and do not have restaurants.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS

The closest restaurant is right on the beach within the Galley Bay Hotel, however the hotel does not always welcome outside guests based on their rate of occupancy and children policy. In the nearby village, called Five Island, you can find a local restaurant called Green Apple. Restaurants such as Big Banana, Papazouk, Hemingway's, C&C Wine bar (Karaoke on Saturday Night), Island B-Hive are located in St. John's, at about fifteen-minute drive from the villa, along with homemade ice-cream shop as Australian. Other delicious restaurants are found all around the island, we will suggest you the best one based on your request!
