This beautiful holiday home in Antigua, tucked away inside of the exclusive villas complex of Galley Bay Height, encompasses over 7500 sq ft. of relaxed living/entertaining space. The villa is clad by a majestic hand crafted architecture stone wall; on the inside is a tropical garden thriving with mature plant life. The villa is stunning, the perfect choice for enjoying a wonderful vacation in the Caribbean, and it offers beautiful Caribbean Sea Views and romantic sunsets.

The villa includes: five bedrooms, five bathrooms, living room, internal and external dining areas, pool table, large kitchen, outdoor lounge areas, expansive deck area, pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs and BBQ.

BEDROOMS

The villa has five elegant bedrooms and accommodate up to nine guests. Three bedrooms are located in the main level of the villa, while the other two bedrooms are located on the lower level. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms, spacious closets, ceiling fans, air conditioning, mosquito nets and are equipped with large French doors ensuring their comfortable coolness day and night.

LIVING ROOM & INTERNAL DINING ROOM

The villa main entrance opens up to the foyer simply furnished with two hip high tables on either sides of the entry way and a chandelier overhead and to the living area; here vaulted ceiling, sky windows, bay windows, huge sliding doors that opens up to an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea give the feel of openness. The living room is exquisite, it has a high definition flat screen television mounted on the wall with BOSE sound system, Nintendo Wii game console and an eight seats interchangeable table that can be used as a pool table if you turn the top onto the next side.

EXTERNAL DINING ROOM, POOL & LOUNGE AREAS

On the outside of this holiday villa is set a spacious dining area with large wooden table and BBQ. There is also a lovely lounge area furnished with sofas set and coffee table. Here is also a floating infinity pool that is surrounded by a huge deck with outdoor lounge chairs. This area is great for sunbathing under the warm Caribbean sun and where you can find the most amazing views of the beautiful Antiguan beaches or just enjoying the serenity of nature. The Jacuzzi is set at the edge of the infinity pool.

ISLAND KITCHEN

The elegantly designed modern kitchen is furnished with the highest standard stainless steel appliances, and an island sits in the middle. All of the counter tops are topped with imported granite and the cupboards were custom built in Italy. Here you also find a breakfast table and a spacious pantry to store your groceries.

SPA SERVICES

Enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort of your private room. Beautician who offers a variety of services is also available. Our concierge can book these services at the villa for you, early booking is required.

The house has both 110V and 220V. The 110V system is the American style of plug. The 220 V has European fittings with 3 circular holes. 60 Hz are available.

The beach of Galley Bay is at a short walk distance or few minutes by car, the beach of Hawksbill is at about eight minute drive and the beautiful Deep Bay, the one you will admire from the property, is about ten minute drive.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS

The closest restaurant is within the Galley Bay Hotel, however the hotel does not always welcome outside guests based on their rate of occupancy and children policy. Restaurants such as Big Banana, Papazouk, Hemingway's, C&C Wine bar, Island B-Hive are located in St. John's, at about fifteen minute drive from the villa, along with homemade ice-cream shops as La Fragolosa and Australian. Other delicious restaurants are found all around the island, we will suggest you the best one based on your request!

ABOUT GALLEY BAY HEIGHTS

Galley Bay Heights is located on the west coast of Antigua, only 10 minutes from the capital of St. John's and 20 minutes from the V.C. Bird International Airport. Galley Bay Heights is an area of approximately 40 acres of land most of it is already developed with luxury villas with areas measuring between 5,000 and 13,000 sqft. Today Galley Bay Heights boasts 26 luxury villas with plots still available to be built upon. Due to its attractive location, the tranquility of the area, the splendid views of the Caribbean Sea and the bays below; Galley Bay Heights has been chosen as second home by prestigious clients. The cliff has direct access to a small private beach which is currently being used by the various villa owners to moor their private boats; however the developer foresees the construction of a private dock in the near future.
